Speak up — we take every report seriously
At Elemental Group, we are committed to promptly and seriously addressing concerns, inappropriate conduct, and any non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We encourage our internal and external stakeholders to help prevent and detect issues by speaking up when they witness or suspect behavior that violates our Code of Ethics, policies, and procedures.

Reports are handled through Whistlelink — an independent, encrypted platform maintained by a third-party operator. This ensures confidentiality and, where you choose, full anonymity of the person reporting.

The Whistlelink platform is available 24/7 and accepts reports in your language. You can report anonymously or with your identity — either way, the report is handled by the Group’s compliance team.
